  • 1 cup purple grapes ≈ 5.29 oz

  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped ≈ 2.65 oz

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional) ≈ 0.35 oz

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the kiwis and chop the cucumber. 

Step 2

Juice the kiwis, grapes, and cucumber in your cold press juicer. 

Step 3

 Add chia seeds for extra nutrition, if desired.
