Free Shippings for Standard Delivery

1. What is the estimated delivery time?

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, excluding pre-sale products. Delivery times may vary depending on availability and logistics conditions.

Note: The delivery time for pre-sale products is based on the arrival time.

2. Where does Puraflows ship to?

We currently ship within the United States only.

3. Are there any additional costs for return shipping?

For returns related to confirmed defective or damaged items, Puraflows will arrange return shipping in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

For returns not related to product quality, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. What shipping method will be used for my delivery?

Amazon functions as our logistics partner and will select the carrier based on delivery availability and efficiency.

5. I ordered more than one item. Will they be delivered together?

We strive to ship items together whenever possible. However, there may be instances when products are shipped separately due to varying shipping options available for each item. Once an item is shipped, you will receive a notification email regarding the shipment.

6. Can I cancel my order after the package has been shipped?

We apologize for not being able to recall the package once it has been dispatched. If you decide you do not want the machine, you may request a return after receiving the product. Return instructions will be provided by our Customer Support team. Please note that return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. 7. Is it possible to change the delivery address after the package has been dispatched?

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
