  • 1/2 red bell pepper ≈ 2.65 oz

  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger ≈ 0.18 oz

  • 1/2 lemon, peeled ≈ 1.41 oz

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper ≈ 0.04 oz

Instructions

Step 1

 Peel and chop the cucumber, bell pepper, and lemon. 

Step 2

Juice the cucumber, bell pepper, ginger, and lemon in your slow juicer. 

Step 3

Add cayenne pepper if you prefer a spicy kick.
