12-Month Warranty Policy

Puraflows offers a 12-month limited warrantycovering defects in materials or workmanship.

The following steps should be followed:

Customers are kindly requested to describe the issue encountered and, if possible, provide visual documentation showing the malfunctioning device. Additionally, proof of purchase, such as an order number or payment screenshot, is required for verification.

Our engineering team will thoroughly review the materials submitted by the customer and respond with a resolution as soon as reasonably possible after review.

Please follow the advice and guidance provided by our team for initial troubleshooting of your machine.

If the machine remains faulty after following our guidance, we will replace it with a refurbished or new product of equal value, at Puraflows' discretion. of equal value, if available; otherwise, a new item will be sent. If a replacement is not a feasible or preferred option, Puraflows may offer a refund or other appropriate remedy at its discretion, in accordance with applicable laws.

For replacement requests, the new machine will be dispatched after confirmation, subject to product availability and logistics arrangements.

Puraflows Limited Warranty Terms

Geographical Limitation:

Puraflows limited warranty is valid only within the country of purchase. It will be voided if items are transported outside the original country of purchase or if they are shipped or transported to a country different from the original country of purchase.

Replacement Warranty Duration:

Warranties for all replacements match the warranty period of the original defective item or extend for 3 months after replacement, whichever is longer. If products have been fully refunded, the warranties for these items will be voided.

Shipping Costs Incurred by the Buyer When in the Following Situations:

  • Returning products for reasons unrelated to confirmed defects.
  • Warranty claims for items taken outside the original country of purchase.
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns.
  • Returning items reported as defective but verified to be in working condition.

The warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

  • Free products.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Repairs conducted through third parties.
  • Products lacking sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Items that have exceeded their warranty period.
  • Issues unrelated to product quality (after 30 days from purchase).
  • Normal wear and tear or aging.
  • Incorrect usage, such as overloading the equipment or using unapproved accessories.
  • Damage caused by misuse, external factors, or accidents.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow the user manual, such as using the wrong power supply or not following installation instructions.
  • The equipment is partially or completely disassembled.
