30-Day Limited Return Policy

  1. The product must be purchased directly from www.puraflows.com
  2. The item must be in good condition, used only under normal household conditions, without signs of misuse, damage, or disassembly.
  3. Returns must include all accessories and the original packaging.
  4. Returns may be denied if the items do not meet these criteria.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

After this period, return or refund requests unrelated to quality issues will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns that are not related to quality issues, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@puraflows.com with your order number to request a return or exchange.

2. Receive a Prepaid Return Label: Upon processing your request, we will promptly send you a prepaid return label via email at no additional cost. Use this label to securely package the product and return it to our warehouse.

3. Refund Process: Once our warehouse team verifies the receipt of the returned item and confirms compliance with our return policy, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method and should appear in your account within approximately 3 business days.

4. Note on Shipping Fees: If you opted for expedited shipping when making your purchase, please be aware that the shipping fee charged by the courier is non-refundable.

Dead On Arrival (DOA): Product Failure Upon Initial Use

A Puraflows appliance is classified as DOA if it exhibits signs of failure that prevent basic functionality immediately after unboxing.

If you believe your product is DOA, please reach out to Puraflows within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Puraflows will assess the product's condition to verify its DOA status and, if confirmed, will arrange the return of the confirmed DOA item at our expense.

For products that have been in use for more than 30 days, Puraflows provides a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in material or workmanship. For more details, please refer to the Puraflows Warranty information.
