  • 3 medium carrots ≈ 8.82 oz

  • 2 apples, cored and sliced ≈ 10.58 oz

  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger, peeled ≈ 0.35 oz

  • 1/2 lemon, peeled ≈ 1.41 oz;

  • 1/4 cup water (optional) ≈ 2 fl oz

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the carrots and ginger, then slice the apples and lemon. 

Step 2

Cut and add carrots, apples, ginger, and lemon to the slow juicer. 

Step 3

Juice until smooth, adding water if you’d like to adjust the consistency. 

Step 4

Stir and serve immediately.
