  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped ≈ 5.29 oz

  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger, peeled ≈ 0.18 oz

  • 1/2 lemon, peeled ≈ 1.41 oz

  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves ≈ 0.35 oz

  • 1/4 cup water (optional) ≈ 2 fl oz

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the ginger and lemon, and chop the cucumber into smaller pieces.

Step 2

Juice the ginger, lemon, mint leaves, and cucumber in your slow juicer.

Step 3

Add water if you prefer a thinner juice.

Step 4

Stir well and serve immediately.
