1/2 lemon, peeled ≈ 1.41 oz
1 handful fresh mint leaves ≈ 0.35 oz
1/4 cup water (optional) ≈ 2 fl oz
Step 1
Peel the ginger and lemon, and chop the cucumber into smaller pieces.
Step 2
Juice the ginger, lemon, mint leaves, and cucumber in your slow juicer.
