  • 1/2 cup spinach (fresh) ≈ 0.53 oz

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional) ≈ 0.7 oz

  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled ≈ 3.5 oz

  • 1/2 lemon, peeled ≈ 1.4 oz

  • 1/4 cup water (optional) ≈ 2 fl oz

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the blueberries and spinach thoroughly. 

Step 2

Peel and chop the cucumber and lemon. 

Step 3

Juice the blueberries, spinach, cucumber, and lemon together in your cold press juicer. 

Step 4

Add honey if desired for sweetness, and water to thin the juice. 

Step 5

Stir well and serve immediately.
