  • 1 cup blueberries ≈ 5.29 oz

  • 1/2 mango, peeled and sliced ≈ 3.53 oz

  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped ≈ 2.65 oz

  • 1/2 lemon, peeled ≈ 1.41 oz

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional) ≈ 0.71 oz 

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the blueberries, and peel and chop the mango, cucumber, and lemon. 

Step 2

Juice the blueberries, mango, cucumber, and lemon in your cold press juicer. 

Step 3

Add honey for sweetness if desired. 

Step 4

Stir well and serve immediately.
