  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped ≈ 2.65 oz

  • 1/2 lemon, peeled ≈ 1.41 oz

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional) ≈ 0.35 oz

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the blackberries and kale thoroughly.

Peel and chop the cucumber and lemon. 

Step 3

Juice the blackberries, kale, cucumber, and lemon in your cold press juicer.
