  • 2 medium slices of pineapple ≈ 5.29 oz

  • 1 cup papaya, peeled and diced ≈ 5.29 oz

  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger ≈ 0.35 oz

  • 1/2 lemon, peeled ≈ 1.41 oz

  • 1/4 cup water (optional) = 2 fl oz

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the pineapple, papaya, ginger, and lemon. 

Step 2

Add the fruit and ginger to the cold press juicer. 

Step 3

Juice and stir in water to thin, if desired. 

Step 4

Enjoy freshly made, over ice if preferred.
